Every person in Connecticut deserves to thrive.
ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) families are the backbone of our communities, but too often are living paycheck to paycheck, especially with the rising costs of housing, childcare, and groceries. Improvements to state policies, like establishing a refundable Child Tax Credit, would make a significant difference to their financial stability.
That’s why we’re forming a new ALICE Advocates Coalition, a group of passionate ALICE families from across the state. Together, we will develop and advocate for policy solutions that champion the needs of ALICE families.
We know you’re working hard and that your time is limited. Your voice matters. Join us and make a difference for ALICE families in Connecticut.
